- Please arrive ten minutes early, so there is time for a short consultation about the areas you want to focus on.

- Not offered during pregnancy. Tell us about recent surgery or any health conditions when you book.
- Aftercare
- Drink plenty of water afterwards. Body contouring care is usually booked as a series, so ask us what would suit you.
